Terms & Condition

1.1. Booking:

We prefer to have the confirmed booking in advance prior to the arrival to Nepal, Pre-booking gives us the enough time to organize your trip well in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan & India.

2.2.Payment:

Payment For Trekking and Tours: At all the trips you will book with Plan Nepal Travel need 30% of the total contracted price to confirm your spot for the trip. And the rest amount can be settle upon arrival upon arrival in Kathmandu by USD, Euro, GBP cash or Visa or Master card.

3.3.Cancellation Policy

If we fail to provide you the trip (completely or partially), under unexpected situations which is not in our control. ( landslides, flight cancellation, natural disaster) we would offer you alternative trip of similar interest and standard. If that doesn't fit your interest, we will refund you the money deducting expenses till that point of the trip, but there is no compensation policy.
